The Ocular Engineering Group awarded the Barbara L. Crow Investigator-Concept grant

The Ocular Engineering Group was recently awarded the 2019 Barbara L. Crow Investigator-Concept grant from Lions VisionGift. Graduate student, Audrey Nguyen, was heavily involved in the grant submission. The grant amounts to $15,000 in donor eyes for research.

The Ocular Engineering Group consists of The Ohio State University, Department of Biomedical Engineering faculty whose research involves investigating biomechanical factors of ocular diseases. The group includes Drs. Jun Liu, Matthew Reilly, Cynthia Roberts and Katelyn Swindle-Reilly.

In addition, the group includes grad and undergraduate students that work closely with the faculty in their labs. These students also formed their own Journal Club.
